We can take care of recruitment and interviews of intended and new audiences, and run workshops with your team to make sure everyone is aligned, ideas are heard and knowledge is shared. 

We are also adept in collecting additional data through a range of UX methods. We can then turn this research into strategic plays, hypotheses and experiments, quick testing and insights, product changes/improvements/requirements, key messaging and new offers.

Where relevant we will develop offers and help you craft market messaging. All of this will be done with your business priorities in mind; we can define, align on and keep track of key metrics as well as develop testing prioritisation frameworks to test the product offerings.

Inspiration

We seek insight into the problem to solve, the audience group(s) and the market opportunity. This sets up our research goals, exactly what we want to learn and how we’ll learn it.

Ideation

  • We may converge around key themes and ideas, prototyping, testing and refining throughout. This phase could result in a tangible product that can be delivered in the next phase.
  • Or, if for example, if your goals centre around onboarding or retaining users, we will use the research to help us solve your strategic problem. This phase could result in a solution to be delivered in stage three.

Implementation

  • We may focus on delivering a refined user experience, defining the relevant technology architecture and deliver a minimum loveable product to test or develop a feedback loop to iterate.
  • If we are helping to solve your strategic problem we will deliver the research insights and review the impact with you, ensuring you have immediate wins and are set up with a continuous feedback loop, alongside a plan for future implementations.
