AI Proof of Concept

We help Health and Wellbeing companies make sense of AI and experiment with solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business.

Problem

Figuring out how AI will impact your business is hard. Experimenting with AI can be even harder. Harder still, is bringing the organisation on the journey.

Solution

We will get your idea scoped and have a fully functional prototype in as little as 3 weeks. We will give you a fixed price for the project and keep working until we have reached the agreed outcome. Our AI prototype projects usually take 3 to 8 weeks to complete for a total of £5k to £15k depending on complexity, with our tight team of AI and ML specialists, designers and strategists.

We follow a three step process

1

Identify and prioritise AI opportunities and define the AI approach by:

  • Understanding your business, customers and processes in order to define opportunities that will leverage automation and AI.
  • Sifting through the opportunities and prioritising them based on your business needs.
  • Defining the relevant machine learning model(s) and approaches that we will take for example, Large Language Model (LLM) selection.
2

Create the prototype through:

  • Identifying and cleaning a sample of existing datasets to use for the project.
  • Leveraging relevant LLM(s) to create a predictive model.
  • Iteratively creating a functioning prototype.
  • Getting the prototype into the hands of your team or key stakeholders.
3

Define the Data & AI roadmap for the initiative (and beyond) by:

  • Defining how to scale the prototype to a productionised model
  • Considering the ethics of the chosen AI and LLMs now and in the future
  • Identifying key requirements for alignment with the broader business data strategy and data governance.
